After a number of bad experiences with my former Property Manager I researched Property Managers in the Pimpama Area and came across MPM Property, their online reviews were positive so made contact with them. From the initial enquiry the follow up and professionalism by Trish was 1st class. Trish made the change seamless and took on all the unresolved issues the previous agent failed to rectify. MPM Property's insight into the local market is exceptional with detailed local rental reports, providing the right information to gauge the true market values to get the right rental return on my investments. They have looked after me now for approx. 18 months and in that time managed the 2 x change in tenants with minimal fuss and ensure the properties were not left vacant during the changeover. They also protected my interests during the changeover of tenants by ensuring the property was in excellent condition by conducting thorough exit inspections and providing a detailed inspection report. Fortnightly rental statements and EOFY report make tax time a breeze. I have all the confidence in Trish and MPM Property and always take her advice, Trish hasn't been wrong with any of her suggestions.
