From the initial enquiry the follow up and professionalism by Trish was 1st class. Trish made the change seamless and took on all the unresolved issues the previous agent failed to rectify. They have looked after me now for approx. 18 months and in that time managed the 2 x change in tenants with minimal fuss and ensure the properties were not left vacant during the changeover.
