First and foremost I would like to thank Kylie Tannahill for her ongoing efforts and dedication to managing our property from day one until it was sold just my opinion but she was absolutely first class and I would and should have had Kylie managing both of our properties. Nothing was a problem and any issues were sorted out very quickly which was great for us and with out a doubt our tenants would have been satisfied also. Communication with Kylie and MPM was always easy and thanks to the lovely girls who also answered the phone when I called. To have an agent as dedicated to looking after your investment almost as if it were her own property you couldn't ask for anyone better. We have found MPM to be very professional in their service. Communication is key when renting out a property and MPM has been very efficient in this aspect, whether it is informing us of maintenance issues or providing us a guide as to how the market is performing when lease renewals are due. Our first Property sale was made seamless by Aiden Bayne. He negotiated better than expected settlement, recommendations far exceeded our expectations.
