From the inspection process to the application process and getting the keys to the house, they have been very pleasant and responsive throughout no matter who we’ve spoken to - our property manager, whoever is on reception or whoever picks up the phone have all been great. They’ve answered all questions and addressed all maintenance queries and entry condition concerns efficiently. They treat both tenants and owners with respect and make it easy to keep everything moving along.
