We had problems with the tenants at this property keeping the premises clean etc and La-Shae inherited the end of lease from the prior Property Manager. Well all we can say is she is amazing. La-Shae organised all the repairs, assisted in getting the property ready for sale and in the end the tenant paid some of the out of pocket expenses. A very good outcome!

The property was rented out within the first week it was on the market. Jaimee is always available to answer any queries and what we like about MPM is that they take care of everything related with the house: council rate, body corporate fees, etc. Renting with them has been a really easy process so far.
