Great agency Selina though busy has been awesome whenever we need her and even had spare keys and waited at office when we locked ourselves out. More than happy!

Firstly thank you for dealing with us for the past couple of years, I know I am not the easiest person to deal with. Unfortunately, I suffer from a severe anxiety disorder, and combined with looking after my wife it sometimes makes normal situations very stressful for no reason. This was probably apparent in some of our phone conversations as face to face is much easier for me to handle. You have been most professional and straight to the point, having worked for Console dealing with property managers across the country I can say without a doubt that you are amongst the best I have dealt with (which is rarer than you may think). If I ever get a rental property I would get you to manage for me. Thank you Melindah, I hope our new agency is as to your high standards.

It is a very good agancy, our experience is that the agentsare approchable, efficient and helpful. MPM Property in Ipswich is managing our property for a number of years and we never had any difficulties or issues with any property manager and we are hoping that will stay this way.

We had problems with the tenants at this property keeping the premises clean etc and La-Shae inherited the end of lease from the prior Property Manager. Well all we can say is she is amazing. La-Shae organised all the repairs, assisted in getting the property ready for sale and in the end the tenant paid some of the out of pocket expenses. A very good outcome!

I highly recommend MPM, they have been managing my property for 5 years and have been doing a great job. They are quick to let me know when something needs doing and the last Tennent cross over was handled seamlessly which saved me time worry and money.

I really appreciated Trish’s honesty in her appraisal of our newly built dual key investment property – the secondary 2bedroom unit was not fit for purpose with a combined kitchen living and dining area of 3sqm I am delighted that I bit the bullet and converted it into a spacious one bedroom unit and we received >10 applications, with successful applicant signing a 12month lease.
