Truly incredible service from MPM property , at the start with Melissa, and now with Trish, both have been outstanding and very professional, due to covid situation I couldn't get to Gold Coast to view the property once it was completed , Trish undertook to show me the property thru a video call , really appreciate going that extra mile to keep me happy. There's a reason why MPM won agency of the year 2019. Recently, when our long term tenant broke the lease and left our property in a bit of a mess, MPM quickly organised all the trades to attend and tidy the place up and had a new tenant signed before we knew it. All this during the initial stages of the Covid-19 outbreak. The efforts they went to were very much appreciated.
