Right from the initial consultation with Melissa Moscato to the property management by Kirston Buscombe, being our 1st investment property, both ladies guided us through each stage and did this with the highest level of professionalism. From the signing on with MPM to having the property leased within 48 hours of being advertised and sourcing a high quality tenant, the whole process for us has been seamless and we would highly recommend both these ladies and MPM Property to any other landlords.
