Being our first investment property we had no knowledge of property management or who would suit our needs. MPM were recommended by the builder. As the builder was great to work with we contacted MPM and have never looked back. They look after everything with professionalism and always communicating with us on all issues. Our property agent, Kylie Tannahill, has been with us from the start (2016), first meeting on site prior to our property completion and first tenants. She went through every single detail of property management, landlords / tenants rights, inspection processes etc etc... everything and answered all my questions taking the "What If" out of worries of a first rental. Over the past 4 years we have had issues that Kylie has been onto straight away communicating between the tenants and ourselves. Everything has been sorted quickly and if I was undecided she would give me options drawing on her vast knowledge and experience. It's extremely satisfying to have been dealing with 1 person over the time and I hope she will continue into the future. Thanks Kylie....
