I have been associated with Emma Giuffre for at least 5 years in her capacity as Property Manager with MyPlace Estate Agents. As the Review Headline reads Emma has always acted professionally, efficiently and with a friendly manner. Emma has always been honest when discussing my property even when the news about the tenancy or maintenance is not positive. She offers constructive advice regarding the suitability of tenants or for maintenance or improvements that might be required. With the recent re letting of my property Emma kept me up to date with applications from potential tenants and even though there were many people viewing the property she did not rush to accept a tenant until she felt they were suitable and of a high standard. I am very happy and relieved with the recent Lease Agreement that has been signed and look forward to my continued relationship with Emma to keep myself and the tenants having an ongoing and agreeable association.

My Place have managed our property since 2018 . In that time we have had 4 tenants. Our first tenant was difficult and My Place were tenacious in recovering the monies due . They are also extremely responsible in doing regular inspections of the property and providing detailed reports. They are always extremely prompt and professional in follow up to inquiries and handling tradesman on our behalf. Monthly statements are always timely and detailed. The teams staff are always very obliging , respectful and helpful. As we now reside 5 hours from Sydney we feel confident leaving the management of our apartment in their capable hands .

Emma is an excellent agent. She knows her local market very well, is highly organised, on top of every detail, super responsive, and is super efficient with excellent online systems in place for showing the property and sharing feedback. She was able to rent our place out and collect a deposit in under two days for $150/week more than we initially expected to excellent tenants. I've worked with many property managers before and this is by far my best experience so far.

When our rental property became vacant recently, we decided to renovate and refresh in a number of areas, including lighting, plumbing, tiling, rendering, gardening and painting. Obviously we wanted it all done properly and quickly so it could be rented out again asap, but getting tradies to turn up on time cab be a nightmare, so we expected it would take ages. Step forward Nelson Yen of MyPlace, Botany Road. He met us at the property where we did a walk through and he made a long list of everything we wanted doing. Without wasting any time he then booked various trusted tradies and sent us a work schedule. The work was all completed to a high standard and on-time, which is quite an achievement. Nelson then ensured that new tenants were signed up within one week. It was such a pleasure to deal with Nelson. Very efficient and effective, a true professional.
