My Place have managed our property since 2018 . In that time we have had 4 tenants. Our first tenant was difficult and My Place were tenacious in recovering the monies due . They are also extremely responsible in doing regular inspections of the property and providing detailed reports. They are always extremely prompt and professional in follow up to inquiries and handling tradesman on our behalf. Monthly statements are always timely and detailed. When our rental property became vacant recently, we decided to renovate and refresh in a number of areas, including lighting, plumbing, tiling, rendering, gardening and painting. Obviously we wanted it all done properly and quickly so it could be rented out again asap, but getting tradies to turn up on time cab be a nightmare, so we expected it would take ages. Step forward Nelson Yen of MyPlace, Botany Road. He met us at the property where we did a walk through and he made a long list of everything we wanted doing. Without wasting any time he then booked various trusted tradies and sent us a work schedule. The work was all completed to a high standard and on-time, which is quite an achievement.
