I switched over to Kylie from MyPlace Estate Agents after dealing with Different and it is chalk and cheese! From managing the handover of my property from Different, all the way to recently getting a new tenant in for me, Kylie and her team have conducted business professionally, promptly and proficiently. I appreciate that Kylie made me aware of certain changes and what restrictions I would put myself under by agreeing to certain terms for my previous tenants' lease renewal (which the other agency had not mentioned at all). When my last lot of tenants broke their lease early last month, Kylie was on to it right away and quickly helped me secure a great new tenant at market rent.
