Thanks to the team at MyPlace Real Estate for both managing my investment property prior to sale, and also to John Higgins and Kylie Smith for the marketing and sale of my property at Eastlakes. The whole team are professional, courteous and prompt. The process was as pain-free as I could hope for it to be, I was really pleased with how the MyPlace team marketed the property both online and with the advertising material, also co-coordinating and liaising with the property stylist to style the home, and the feedback they provided following each open inspection, both phone calls and emails.
