Thanks to the team at MyPlace Real Estate for both managing my investment property prior to sale, and also to John Higgins and Kylie Smith for the marketing and sale of my property at Eastlakes. The whole team are professional, courteous and prompt. The process was as pain-free as I could hope for it to be, I was really pleased with how the MyPlace team marketed the property both online and with the advertising material, also co-coordinating and liaising with the property stylist to style the home, and the feedback they provided following each open inspection, both phone calls and emails. Because of the fantastic way the property presented, I was able to achieve an offer which I accepted within a week of the house going on the market. I would definitely use both the property management and sales teams at MyPlace Real Estate again. I can't recommend John highly enough. He has a wealth of experience, knows his local market, communicates and conveys feedback honestly but with diplomacy AND is also motivated to get you the right price.
