James Daniel from NG Farah Kingsford is one of the best real estate agents I have come across who is very customer focused, with positive attitude and his professionalism is exemplary. James has been very responsive to my queries since he started managing my property in Kingsford which I purchased in September 2019. James has proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of leasing and the local market. Every time tenants applied for tenancy James would perform thorough checks on the tenants, advising me on the suitability of the tenants, the rents that would attract the right tenants etc. James also led me through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price I was comfortable with. In the end, within three weeks of buying property James found the right tenants and the tenants were able to move in to the property the next day after the settlement of the property. This is a great achievement as there was no downtime. I have never had to follow up James for anything as I would have all the answers already provided to me even before I think about them.
