We completed a full property upgrade, repairs and staging immediately on settlement. We had a tenant after two open houses. He is responsive, engaged and very helpful to us as we are not local. I was given a straight-forward appraisal of both rental and sale potential of the properties involved on a Wednesday. The agents were punctual, helpful and cordial. The leasing manager James D was super-efficient, arranging the photographs, as well as the electrician I requested, overnight. In less than 48 hours after the appraisal (at which time, I signed our contract) my property was available for rent online and James found suitable tenants for me, a few hours later on Friday afternoon.
