The staff at NGFarah are legends! Not only are they on-point with constant communication and professionalism, but they were able to update me with detailed inspection day reports after my old tenants had left. Historically they have advised me to either modify or maintain the rental rate in conjunction with the current market performance. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a property agent.
