I’ve had an incredible experience working with James and the NGFarah team. From day one, James has been outstanding — professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. I’ve mainly communicated with him via email (where he replies in amazing detail, often within minutes), but I’ve also spoken to him on the phone and found him just as helpful and clear. His knowledge of tenancy law, rental regulations, and the broader property market is excellent. He’s answered every question I’ve had (and there have been a lot!) with thoughtful, honest insights and practical advice. At no point have I felt rushed or dismissed — he genuinely cares about getting things right and helping you feel confident every step of the way. What really impressed me is how quickly he moved — he found high-quality tenants within a week of my property settling, with offers already coming through just four or five days after settlement. I truly couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more efficient process. James has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to lease their property. He’s one of the best in the business.
