This is my first inspection of a property. The instruction are very clear due to a follow up email before and after the inspection. Meeting spot, time schedule, and some preference are being prepared before inspecting the place. The advertised property represents the real place and we can clarify things on the spot. Finally, the property application was well guided and clear.

I would like to acknowledge the great professional service that i received when I engaged Kade Ashton of NG Farah to list my property for rent. Kade showed great care and detail throughout the whole process and was always there to answer all of my questions. He managed to find a tenant for the property in a short time Working with Kade was very seamless as he was, I had every confidence in him from the very beginning of the process. I would definitely work with Kade again.

James was absolutely amazing to deal with. He made everything so quick and easy with leasing our unit. We recommend him as the best leasing agent in the eastern suburbs!

I've never met an agent who is so proactive, professional and genuine. Throughout the entire leasing process, James has kept us informed every step of the way. He is generous with his time; offers impartial advice without a hint of 'pushy salesman'; made us feel like we were his #1 client, and is clearly highly knowledgeable, experienced and passionate about what he does. I cannot recommend James highly enough.

Christian was great. Very helpful, very informative and he was on the ball with emails and helping us get set up. This is the second place Christian sorted for me since moving to Australia so I genuine would be lost without him. Much appreciated.
