I have had a great experience with the letting agent, James Daniel. This was both regarding phone calls for information on the property prior to viewing, prompt email responses and application processing times. This made the apartment hunt a lot less stressful than it sometimes can be. I'd 100% recommend, based on this experience.

I recently bought and used NG Farah Kingsford to rent my new investment property. I can say it was an easy process and they found me a tenant within two weeks for the price I wanted. Shout out to Kade Ashton and Gem Basol, thanks for all your help gentleman.

The agent's efficiency in responding to emails is very high, so our communication is very convenient. They attach great importance to the tenant's inspection of the house. They actively provide tenants with knowledge about various aspects of the property. They also enthusiastically assist existing tenants in providing information to future tenants.

I actually enjoy speaking to James - I mean who gets to say that about their agents. Just love the attention to detail and finding the perfect tenants

I had a fantastic experience working with James Daniel. He was extremely responsive and kept me updated regularly through text messages and emails, making the entire process of renting out my property smooth and stress-free. Not only did he find me a suitable tenant, but he also secured a good weekly rental and a favorable lease term. His proactive communication and professionalism were top-notch. I highly recommend James for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient real estate agent.

Kade Ashton from NG Farah was absolutely fantastic and made renting our property an extremely smooth and stress-free experience. We were very impressed by Kade's friendly, helpful and genuine interest and his professional commitment in finding the right tenants to rent our property, made this whole experience a streamlined and hassle-free process and we could not have asked for a better experience. Its so refreshing to deal with someone who is polite, courteous and return your calls. If I'm a landlord in the area I know who I would engage to manage my property. Thanks James Daniel it has been a pleasure dealing with you.

After having very poor service from an agent who was not interested in looking after our property, Kade and his team are a breath of fresh air. Through Kade's proactive approach and professionalism he has secured us a wonderful tenant within days of getting the keys to our property. We couldn't be more thrilled with the result Kade has achieved, I only wish we had discovered this guy earlier.
