After a long and tiring search and applying for various properties I spoke directly to James and Ashlee about the issues I was having progressing my rental applications. James provided some great practical advice for my application and Ashlee shared some specific property insights with us to keep us competitive in the market. With their help we finally got an offer on the property we hoped for within our desired budget. Delighted to have worked with N G Farah on this occassion and just wish I had contacted them sooner. Hopefully won't be re-entering the rental market for some time but would seek their advice again in the future.

I have been dealing with James Daniel for a long time (close to 20 years) and I must admit that he's such a pleasure to work with. He's always prompt, energetic, knows his staff and willing to share advice and opinions. Over the years, he has definitely maintained the same attitudes and professionalism whilst excel in the rental and property management on all aspects. This recent property was rented out less than a week which no doubt worth celebration but what really amazed me is his positive, proactive, efficient and personal approach that I can't even recommend any area for improvement.
