The team at NG Farah have been helpful and friendly every step of the way. They went out of the way to let us have a second look at the rental before we went ahead with it as my partner hadn’t seen it. Communication has been excellent. Looking forward to having them as my new Real Estate Agents.

Through colleagues and friends i was recommended to entrust James Daniel with the leasing of my unit at Coogee beach . From the outset James was polite, thorough, and as professional in his work as i have experienced , and i have been in a variety of businesses over many years . initially he recommended some cosmetic changes to give the unit a more modern feel , which my wife and i agreed with, and the outcome was terrific , the unit looks wonderful . Throughout the upgrade james was in contact , but not impatient and pushy . and as soon as the upgrade was complete he had a photo session booked and a tenant secured within 5 days , a terrific effort i wouldn't hesitate to engage James again and i would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking to lease their premises
