Finley and the team at N G Farah Kingsford were great throughout the entire application process - very responsive, supportive, and thoughtful. Finley was knowledgeable, established great communication and professional and it was really enjoyable to liaise with him as we sorted out the tenancy paperwork and agreement. I would 100% recommend N G Farah! Thank you.

Cade started off the process with hosting the flat viewing, giving insightful answers to all questions asked by all prospective tenants. Once offered received by NG, Cade promptly contacted the landlord to help with the speedy negotiations between all parties. Once accepted, NG (particularly Ashlee) helped get all the paperwork and payments through to enable us to sign an pick up keys within 8 days of sending the offer through. Thanks all, really helped us out of this one!

I would like to send my thanks to NG Farah, in particular property manager, Grace Lavorato. Grace is professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Since putting my apartment up for lease, Grace has helped with advertising, tenant applications while keeping me in the loop the entire time. Thank you for making this such a smooth process. I am delighted to engage with this review, I dealt with Megan from the outset and I found the total experience in the application process and guidance extremely positive. While I had the advantage of family residing in Sydney and the fact I was overseas , the professional manner my queries were addressed made the process in securing my new home extremely stress free, without any complications. I certainly would recommend anyone seeking accommodation from overseas in Ireland to use this company as their knowledge and expertise in the local market is excellent.
