The N G Farah property team were a pleasure to deal with regards to finding the right tenant for our property. Their attention to detail, open communication and professionalism was refreshing and we look forward to the continuation of this high level of service.

I viewed the property on Saturday, paper work sent and signed on Monday, move in on Thursday. Fin was super helpful at the viewing and was very efficient in getting everything prepared in such a short period of time. This has been the easiest process for me to follow in what could have otherwise been a stressful time. Thank you!

We recently leased a property through Amy Burge, throughout the whole process she was very friendly, extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. She made the whole experience very pleasant and we are very thankful for her help!

Only good things to say - from inspection to signing of lease, my agent, Ashlee, was wonderful!

I have been dealing with James Daniel for a long time (close to 20 years) and I must admit that he's such a pleasure to work with. He's always prompt, energetic, knows his staff and willing to share advice and opinions. Over the years, he has definitely maintained the same attitudes and professionalism whilst excel in the rental and property management on all aspects. This recent property was rented out less than a week which no doubt worth celebration but what really amazed me is his positive, proactive, efficient and personal approach that I can't even recommend any area for improvement. Thanks again for the great experience and I know you will keep it up!

Its been a pleasure leasing our next home with Megan. She has gone above and beyond our expectations. Her knowledge and professionalism was invaluable. Megan has been there every step of the way guiding us. She was able to answer all our questions and kept us informed at each stage. I would highly recommend Megan and NG Farah's services. Keep up the great work.

Overall NG Farah has been excellent, professional and very helpful. Especially James D and Grace. They communicated well and quickly resolved any problems or issues. Highly recommend. Well done and thanks! Unfortunately Ashlee was the total opposite. Unprofessional, lied to us on multiple occasions, and wasted a lot of our time. Would absolutely not recommend dealing with her.
