I have been dealing with James Daniel for a long time (close to 20 years) and I must admit that he's such a pleasure to work with. He's always prompt, energetic, knows his staff and willing to share advice and opinions. Over the years, he has definitely maintained the same attitudes and professionalism whilst excel in the rental and property management on all aspects. This recent property was rented out less than a week which no doubt worth celebration but what really amazed me is his positive, proactive, efficient and personal approach that I can't even recommend any area for improvement. Thanks again for the great experience and I know you will keep it up!

Overall NG Farah has been excellent, professional and very helpful. Especially James D and Grace. They communicated well and quickly resolved any problems or issues. Highly recommend. Well done and thanks! Unfortunately Ashlee was the total opposite. Unprofessional, lied to us on multiple occasions, and wasted a lot of our time. Would absolutely not recommend dealing with her.

Tenants goes out (contract finished) and new Tenants went in the next day. As easy as that. I am happy with the process of screening potential tenants and the flow of the process. Highly recommend NG Farah.
