Joe was the vendor's agent for a property that I purchased using a buyer's agent. Joe had a good relationship with my buyers' agent and greatly facilitated my purchase from the vendor's side, in circumstances where I was less prepared than was ideal due for the mechanics of a fast-moving transaction. He was accommodating, pragmatic and candid when describing the property to me and also very helpfully facilitated my due diligence on the property, allowing some inspections at short notice. I had an excellent experience with him on the other side.
