I met Joe at an appartment he was showing and when I indicated I was interested in the property he was very helpful. My conveyancer asked for a lot of information and Joe provided that information without delay so I was able to make a formal offer. Once that offer was made it was accepted without delay and contracts were exchanged quickly.
