Gem was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had our property managed with N G Farah for 6 years and when it came time to sell we got in touch with Gem and his name says it all, he is truly a GEM! He didn't give us any nonsense and spent no time beating around the bush. He told us what the property was worth and he believed we could get a higher price than comparable sales in the area which were selling $80,000 below what we were expecting at the time. We were getting low ball offers from buyers but Gem didn't stop until he achieved the result he promised us he would get.
