We engaged Stephanie on interest in a property with intent to rapidly determine an outcome that was mutually beneficial for us and the vendors - she was extremely flexible for our needs (out of hours property inspections etc) and very clear in communication of the vendors position helping to progress the purchase. The only thing you want from your real estate agent is for them to deliver on the price they tell you on day one they believe they can secure for your property. Theo did just that. Park the rest, that's what counts. An honest appraisal and the desired outcome achieved. Then you can look at the underlying reasons. Theo knows his local market, his communication was faultless, taking calls out of hours when required. We sold off market in just over a week and the process was seamless. Couldn't ask for more.
