Kade Ashton showed me through a property in the afternoon, and my application was approved the next morning. In a rental market that is so competitive and volatile, Kade's upbeat demeanour and can-do attitude was a welcome change from the normal end-around most agents give you. He was very genuine and honest about the property and the owners intentions, and it made for an extremely smooth application process.

My experience with N G Farah has been so smooth and really easy. Viewed the property and Finley Wright was the lovely bloke who showed us around. Since, Finley has been really helpful answering any questions I have had and the entire process has been smooth from start to finish. Waiting for my move in date currently but even the application process and how quickly Finley responded and N G Farah got back to me was just brilliant. Would recommend.

I’d heard a lot about Sydney’s “rental crisis”, so it was with a bit of trepidation that I began a search for a property. Thankfully, property manager Rene Shuaibi was extremely responsive, efficient and courteous—from applying, to moving in and beyond, the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

I’ve been with NG Farah since 2016 when they helped manage my first apartment. Though there has been changes in my agent, the professionalism and assistance has not changed! Thank you!
