I had a great experience with Megan from N G Farah. I've been to many inspections in the past weeks and I found that N G Farah was great. Unlike other agencies, they were not letting everyone inspect the apartment all at once, which made the inspection so much more pleasant. We didn't feel rushed and the agents present there were welcoming, warm and happy to answer our questions. Our experience with NG Farah, from the agent, Kade, senior property manager Gina to the front office administrator have been quite pleasant. Kade was extremely attentive, while Gina helped us with issues as fast as she could. They were also adequately transparent in their brief regarding the property, something that we truly appreciate as it facilitated our renting decision and moving plans. We picked our leasing documents right before the holidays, and were kindly assisted by front office administrator in terms of entering the property, document drop off, things to look out for and even electricity connection. As first time renters who just arrived in Sydney, Kade and Gina especially have made the whole process of moving into a new property slightly less daunting.
