Genuinely interested in achieving agreed results and working together
Billy invests in the goal of both the seller and the buyer. He and his team work with you, listen, suggest, brainstorm about how to get the right result. On top of that he is a good bloke who is less transactional and more invested! He has vision, market nous and a great network. We achieved the price we wanted!

Best Agent I've Ever Dealt With
Martin is the best agent I’ve ever met & dealt with. His extensive experience in real estate made me feel extremely confident with having him on my side (and believe me you want him on your side). He always had great recommendations & always had a strategy at every step of the process. Selling your home can be the most stressful & emotional experience given it’s the biggest asset you own, but Martin made me feel calm & relaxed the whole way through! I really can’t recommend Martin & his team highly enough! I will only use Martin & his team in all future sales and I will be telling everyone I know to use him! Martin knows how important selling your home can be and he treats you more like family then a client, which makes all the difference! It’s just a bonus that Martin managed to get me the absolute best result I could have ever wished for, I truly never would have expected the price Martin was able to negotiate !

An outstanding professional who will work hard to get the best possible price
We are over the moon with the result Gem got us. Gem possesses a natural gift for communicating with buyers, building relationships and reading situations in order to make the best calls. He guided us with advice on when to sell and the type of sale that would best suit our situation. We completely trusted him and rightly so. He listened attentively to us and gave us outstanding advice about how to best prepare our house for the sale. He also looked after our tenant who needed a new home. Gem showed us that he genuinely cared that we get a good result. He checked in and communicated with us regularly along the way and he helped us feel a part of the process even though we lived so far away. He seemed to possess an unlimited amount of energy and enthusiasm. We cannot more highly recommend Gem as an agent.

Superb, professional, pleasure to work with
Stephanie did everything that she said she would and followed through whenever asked. Her communication was outstanding and, most importantly, she listened to what we said and responded to what we needed. Her team is thorough and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our unit was quite small but we always had her full attention. No stress, no issues, highly professional. Would recommend without hesitation.
