Could not have asked for a better Real Estate Agent......very professional, decent, reliable, always returned calls and responded to emails within a short period of time. Nothing is ever a problem. Have sold a few properties through Evan and would not go anywhere else.

Ben was so helpful in our first home purchase. Talking us through the stages and process and being totally transparent between us and the vendor. We all got a great deal our of the sale and were so happy with the outcome. Couldn't recommend him higher.

Before we started our journey as first time home buyers, it felt daunting, overwhelming and competitive. However, as soon as we met Steve he quickly reassured us we would be able to find what we were looking for, within our price range. Steve showed us several properties in the area we were after and we never felt pressured to make any decisions we didn’t feel comfortable with. We’re very excited to have secured our first home in Little Bay & can’t thank Steve enough for his guidance, time and support throughout such an important life moment. Thank you Steve!

We went with Steve because he has great local Little Bay knowledge and contacts. His service was excellent and he was honest and thoughtful with the advice he provided therefore managing our expectation as sellers and in turn buyers expectations. His advice was spot on regarding the market and price and he held our hand throughout the selling process and even offered advice on the search for our new home. He was easy and efficient to deal with.

Steve has kept us informed since we first met him and advised we were looking for an appropriate property at Little Bay. We love his personable and professional style. He is both knowledgeable and honest. He has also helped with recommending great solicitors and tradespeople for work on our property. He is a true local agent and I am happy to recommend his services

Highly recommended, Steve!!! I can’t thank him enough...... (Steve helped me sold my property recently). I had so many bad experiences with real estate agent in the past, he is very kind and helped me saved marketing fees and helped me sold my property before putted on the market. Steve is very professional and very experienced, always thinking my point of view especially during this Very Special Hard Deal! If you are looking for a agent to sell your property, you are in the best hand, I promise !!!

Cameron was the ultimate professional. His knowledge of the market in these uncertain times was comforting. His strategy, approach and advice to first time home sellers was always accurate and on-point. His calm demeanor and super communication made the process as seemless as possible. Thank you Cameron - highly recommended!!!

Obviously Cameron is working for the sellers, that's his job and he is very good at it. That said I was very impressed with his cool and calm approach. He followed up without badgering and was very responsive to any info requests I had. I absolutely loved Eva as well. Just another very lovely genuine person. It's clear that both agents really enjoy and are very good at their jobs. Cameron clearly likes people and has good emotional intelligence. i'd imagine he can read a room / auction a mile off. Best of luck to him and thanks for his assistance.

Cameron and Mark were extremely professional, diligent and honest and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Mark's determination is incredible and we really know that they did everything humanly possible to make it happen the best way possible. If I'm honest, a bottle of champagne or drink delivered in person would have been a more personable conclusion rather than a 'sold' emoji on my Iphone after over a year of open inspections! That would have really 'sealed the deal'. Saying that, they are both great guys so we'll forgive them

We gave David the hard task of listing and having an off market open home with in 48 hours of us meeting. David listened to our situation and what we wanted to achieve. He developed and rolled out a plan which led to the house selling within a week. From the first meting to settlement he was knowledgeable, efficient and upfront and honest. I would highly recommend David Lee to all of my friends and family looking to sell. I'm looking forward to the next time we sell or buy through David.

Stephanie sold our property off market within a week. From listing to settlement Steph was personable, professional and knowledgeable. She connected well with the buyers and did everything right by all parties. Even post sale Stephanie is always happy to take my calls and answer any of my questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Stephane to any of my family and friends and would 100% use her again for another sale.

My experience as a buyer with Steve was as good as it gets. Steve is an honest and knowledgeable agent, he not only knows the properties but seems to have a good connection with the whole neighbourhood. Steve was always available for any questions I had or details I required. Steve easy going nature is what sets him apart from other agents. Glad I dealt with Steve, I highly recommend him.
