Andrew’s knowledge of the market is second to none. We just followed his advice to auction day and the result could not have been better. Andrew kept us fully updated and informed throughout the marketing process and during the auction.

We have known Andrew for some years, we had met at a sale of a property, we didn't purchase this property , but Andrew and us stayed in touch, and we always promised Andrew when we came to sell ours, he would be the one. The reason being Friendliness -always a delight to chat to and laugh knowledge -a great understanding of what is happening in Canberra with the housing market, and understanding the buyers and sellers requirements. Professionalism - always keeping in touch, and updated with any information he found would be useful to that particular client, sending out documents and feedback from buyers. We cant praise Andrew and Solely Properties enough and Thank you Andrew for your friendship, advice and helpfulness on selling our house that we promised you would get to sell.

We first met Andrew over six years ago and in that time have come to view him more as a friend than an agent, although he handles that role extremely well too. We went to market at what has been a challenging time in the industry and Andrew was with us every step of the way. Prompt, reliable, highly likeable and knowledgeable, we would have no problem referring Andrew to others looking for a skilled professional to handle the sale of their property during what is usually one of the most challenging times of their lives.

We bought our property off Andrew and didn’t hesitate to contact him when we decided to sell. He is friendly and down to earth with an approachable attitude and competitive commission rate! He always explains the process in a straight forward way and is very generous with his time and advice. We cannot recommend him enough - thank you Andrew

We were impressed by Andrew from our first meeting. He took the time to meet with us personally, discuss our objectives and provided his perspective as an experienced agent. He was communicative throughout the process and we particularly appreciated same day feedback on inspections and potential purchasers. We were always satisfied he was presenting our property in its best light.

We have dealt with Andrew on our real estate ventures since 2008 and also recommended him to our family and friends. Andrew is very professional and listen to the needs of the sellers. He is honest in describing the market but also considers ways to bring the right buyers in. We have noticed that he not only manages the needs of the sellers by actively managing and advocating for them, but he is also respectful of the situations that buyers may be in and guides them through a sale. We can say this because we have been both a buyer and a seller with Andrew. We will continue to recommend Andrew to our friends and family.

Iam glad I choose Ben James from Solely Properties for my real estate agent for the sale of my mothers house in Queanbeyan. His professionalism knowledge and experience combined with his patient approach made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. He helped me negotiate an ideal contract, he was always available and communicated of how each part of the process would move forward. Ben answered all my questions within depth explanations, ensuring I fully understood the process. I would highly recommend Ben James from Solely Properties to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate agent!

From the moment we met Ben from Solely Properties we knew we were in good hands. As a Vendor, selling a property is quite an emotional and challenging endeavor and Ben truly does his best to put you at ease at every step of the way. He provided us with a fair market value of the property at the outset, which we ultimately achieved in a fairly challenging and uncertain economic climate. Ben also provided us with advice of what we needed to do to gain the best result and was able to facilitate his recommendations by way of his quality network of painters, cleaners, gardeners and home stylists. Ben was also very personable to deal with and was always available to discuss any questions, concerns or suggestions we had, approaching each and every discussion with and open mind ready to provide his guidance where needed. We could not recommend Ben more highly, he is not your typical Real Estate Agent, he truly goes Above and Beyond in everything he does.

Andrew listens and gives excellent advice, treats you like a client and not a commodity. I talked to 3 other agents and he stood out. Highly recommended.

Andrew presented the sales contract in a professional manner. There was no hard sell. He listened carefully and gave his assessment. During the Sale process he accommodated all our requests and went the extra mile after we moved interstate to present the house in the best possible condition to the buyers. He always communicated with us in a timely manner and was always honest about everything. Although it took a bit longer to sell the house Andrew always showed great confidence and assured us that he will sell the house at the best possible price as soon as possible. He was true to his word and sold the property eventually. We are delighted with the outcome and a very pleasant experience. Thanks Andrew for your hard work and great service.
