Ben is the consummate real estate professional. But he is also friendly, down to earth, helpful, reassuring and very encouraging. His communication skills are exceptional and he always gave me honest feedback and constructive suggestions from his wealth of knowledge in the industry. Would I recommend Ben from Solely? Absolutely. My experience was nothing but positive. Ben was very respectful of my feelings and commitments in regard to conducting exhibitions and inspections. And his optimism was both infectious and well-founded when he achieved such a quick sale. Many thanks to Soley Real Estate.

Andrew Thorpe was referred to us by a friend who had also used him when selling a property. We found Andrew to be a very professional and diligent agent who is easy to deal with and always willing to go above and beyond. He has a broad knowledge of the Canberra real estate market and was spot on when it came to assessing the value of our property. Our house sold within two weeks of listing which is testament to Andrew's capabilities as a salesman and genuinely nice person. We would certainly use Andrew again and recommend him to other buyers and sellers.

It was a pleasure working with Andrew from Solely Properties. Andrew was recommended to me by a friend of mine. Andrew met with myself and David and explained every step of the process in selling a property. Andrew took the stress out of selling a property and communicated with us every step of the way. He was so professional, and friendly and down to earth. Andrew was spot on with the asking price, and our unit was sold after 1 open house inspection. We could not be happier. I would so recommend Andrew from Solely Properties.
