Ben was the agent when we bought our home and was so brilliant in his dealings with us that he was our only call when it was time to sell. He negotiated fairly yet firmly when we buyers and delivered an incredible price after one open home. Ben knew intimately knew the market and was realistic about pricing discussions. His advice on preparing our home for sale was considered and mindful of retuen for effort. He is easy going and we felt very comfortable having him in our home. We were fortunate enough to both buy and sell with Andrew. After seeing a few different agents to sell our house, we decided Andrew was the best fit for us. We absolutely loved our house that we put so much hard work into so it was incredibly important to us that we had the right agent, and man we couldn't have been happier or more impressed with how it all went. Andrew's rates were incredibly fair, his communication was amazing and he had a contact for everything we needed, it also helped that he had a sense of humour. The team he works with are all amazing from his awesome colleague Ben, his incredibly talented stylist contacts, thorough and diligent cleaners, brilliant photographer and great auctioneer. The whole process was stress free (minus nerves for the auction) and completely seamless. Andrew was extremely professional and knew the market in the area. Given the age of my mother (90) he took the time to explain the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. he didn't rush her and treated her with the upmost care and consideration. With the interest rates going up and the market dropping, he made sure we got the best price possible and expediency as her health is rapidly declining. i would always recommend Andrew to our friends selling in Canberra.
