Ben was the agent when we bought our home and was so brilliant in his dealings with us that he was our only call when it was time to sell. He negotiated fairly yet firmly when we buyers and delivered an incredible price after one open home. Ben knew intimately knew the market and was realistic about pricing discussions. We were fortunate enough to both buy and sell with Andrew. After seeing a few different agents to sell our house, we decided Andrew was the best fit for us. We absolutely loved our house that we put so much hard work into so it was incredibly important to us that we had the right agent, and man we couldn't have been happier or more impressed with how it all went. Andrew was extremely professional and knew the market in the area. Given the age of my mother (90) he took the time to explain the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. he didn't rush her and treated her with the upmost care and consideration. With the interest rates going up and the market dropping, he made sure we got the best price possible and expediency as her health is rapidly declining. i would always recommend Andrew to our friends selling in Canberra.
