Ben James was very professional when selling my property. He was knowledgeable with the current market and price guide. He is a person of integrity and was always transparent when forwarding information from perspective buyers. He has excellent communication skills and listened to my needs as a property seller. I was happy he sold my property at the right price and would highly recommend him as an agent.

Ben was the agent when we bought our home and was so brilliant in his dealings with us that he was our only call when it was time to sell. He negotiated fairly yet firmly when we buyers and delivered an incredible price after one open home. Ben knew intimately knew the market and was realistic about pricing discussions. His advice on preparing our home for sale was considered and mindful of retuen for effort. He is easy going and we felt very comfortable having him in our home. We'd use him again in a heartbeat and have recommend him to friends.

We were fortunate enough to both buy and sell with Andrew. After seeing a few different agents to sell our house, we decided Andrew was the best fit for us. We absolutely loved our house that we put so much hard work into so it was incredibly important to us that we had the right agent, and man we couldn't have been happier or more impressed with how it all went. Andrew's rates were incredibly fair, his communication was amazing and he had a contact for everything we needed, it also helped that he had a sense of humour. The team he works with are all amazing from his awesome colleague Ben, his incredibly talented stylist contacts, thorough and diligent cleaners, brilliant photographer and great auctioneer. The whole process was stress free (minus nerves for the auction) and completely seamless. Our incredible outcome was wholeheartedly a testament to Andrew’s hard work and how he was able to represent the house we loved so much. Honestly, we could not thank Andrew enough! I will 100% be recommending him to anyone I know wanting to sell! Thank you Andrew!

Andrew was a perfect fit for us- professional yet easy going. He is very knowledgeable about the local market and provided comprehensive research so we could be confident in what our property was worth. He was always just an email or phone call away, and provided feedback after each open home. We always felt like we knew what was going on, and he got a sale price that we were very happy with. Andrew has great communication skills and the ability to connect to people, which is a positive for both sellers and buyers. We will happily recommend Andrew to our family and friends.

Andrew was extremely professional and knew the market in the area. Given the age of my mother (90) he took the time to explain the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. he didn't rush her and treated her with the upmost care and consideration. With the interest rates going up and the market dropping, he made sure we got the best price possible and expediency as her health is rapidly declining. i would always recommend Andrew to our friends selling in Canberra.

Thanks Andrew Andrew took total control from start to finish. As the vendor I was fully aware of the next moves & process. Andrew made sure the property was up to scratch for sale & exhibition. I would highly recommend Andrew if you are looking for a turn key sale.

Andrew knows the market and the type of buyer for the property and hones in on the key elements of the property to achieve the best price. He is professional and kept us updated during the entire process. Andrew helped out by fixing things at the property, accomodated our special needs and managed difficult service providers on our behalf. We highly recommend Andrew.

We have bought and sold multiple properties. Dealing with 6 agents, and this was by far the easiest and most genuine experience we have had. Not only does Andrew know what he is doing, he genuinely cares for his clients. I believe this is due to his caring nature as a person but more importantly because he is also an owner in the business. You don't get the 101 sales pitches or feelings that were given by our previous experiences. Never once did he give us false hopes or expectations of what he felt our house was worth. Andrew and expert team behind him know what they are doing. You won't get a better agent behind you to get you through an important and stressful time.

We cannot recommend Ben highly enough. From the get-go, it was clear he was not your typical agent! Ben genuinely cared and was passionate about providing a client-focused individualised approach. We were selling and buying at the same time, and he was very understanding and supportive in making the process as smooth as possible. He gave frank and honest advice while always maintaining professionalism, and his positive attitude really kept us at ease. Ben is trustworthy and hard working, and he exceeded our expectations in getting us the best possible outcome in a changing market. Thanks Ben for everything you did for us - your a Legend 😀.

I sold a place for the first time and I live interstate. While I never met Andrew in person he was personable, guided me through decisions by sharing his experiences and contacts, and supported my choices when I sometimes decided otherwise. I was kept up to date with open homes and private showings, when the market had slowed we talked options re returning the place to a rental even though that would have meant no sale, and ultimately Andrew found a buyer and negotiated the right price for me. His service even extended to liasing with and giving tradies / other suppliers, access to the premises which greatly took a load off me. Overall very happy with Andrew and the outcome. I'd use him again.
