Andrew was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. We had several pre sale meetings, over the course of 12 months or more, and Andrew was more than happy to make the time to do so, even though he knew we weren't going to market immediately. Andrew was able to give us all the advice we needed and give us contacts to help get the work done that we needed prior to sale. Andrew achieved an incredibly fast sale (at first open home) and achieved a price higher than we expected, or were told by other agents. He was able to guide us through the process leading up to settlement with ease, and always had time for our (numerous) calls and emails, even after hours. From what I could see, the buyers also had as much of a positive experience with Andrew as we did.
