Andrew Thorpe has made selling our home an enjoyable experience. From the get-go, Andrew has been friendly, helpful and professional. We always felt like a priority with Andrew. He answered all our calls and emails promptly and always kept us in the loop. We were very confident Andrew would present our home well to buyers and he achieved a great result for us. Thank you again Andrew!

Andrew was very easy to work with and he engaged with us throughout the process providing honest and open feedback. He was transparent about how he was pitching our house to possible buyers and he always followed up with people attending our open house inspections. I would recommended Andrew to others looking for an agent who will do all he can to get you a good outcome.

Andrew was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. We had several pre sale meetings, over the course of 12 months or more, and Andrew was more than happy to make the time to do so, even though he knew we weren't going to market immediately. Andrew was able to give us all the advice we needed and give us contacts to help get the work done that we needed prior to sale. Andrew achieved an incredibly fast sale (at first open home) and achieved a price higher than we expected, or were told by other agents. He was able to guide us through the process leading up to settlement with ease, and always had time for our (numerous) calls and emails, even after hours. From what I could see, the buyers also had as much of a positive experience with Andrew as we did.

Very professional, most helpful and I would certainly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their home. Outstanding.

Andrew Thorpe was recommended to us and he exceeded all our expectations. Being newbies to selling, he kept us at ease and informed the entire way. He was realistic in his expectations of how we could sell our place and made every effort to maximise our selling potential. He is genuine and kind, which is essential in building the trust between both ourselves and the buyers. Will definitely be using Andrew in the future and recommending him to all our family and friends! :)

So fortunate to have Andrew Thorpe as an agent. Being 74 & widowed I had no idea about selling or buying. The photos marketing & costs were above & beyond what other agents had offered. House sold within two weeks & Andrew managed to hold a unit for me at the same time so we all settled together. No furniture storage costs or even worse having no were to live, all done within 8 weeks & Andrew was available to speak to at all times. I really thought it would be too stressful but I would recommend him to any of my friends who need to downsize after loosing a partner. Thanks Andrew I will always be gratefull

We couldn’t of come across a better agent! Andrew made things simple and smooth from the start. As first time sellers our experience was never stressful and we felt at ease the whole time. The final result has exceeded our expectations and we could not recommend Andrew high enough!

Andrew is truly in it for his vendors. We were 100% confident in his ability to get us what we wanted for our property. We did hit some minor hurdles on the buyers side in the lead up to Exchange, at no fault of ours or Andrew's. Andrew remained in touch on a regular basis, to ensure we new how things were progressing. Among many other skills his communication was impeccable. Would use Andrew to sell future properties for sure.
