When mentioning to a friend we were thinking of selling our house, Andrew Thorpe came highly recommended. From the first contact with Andrew, we felt confident that he and his team were the best for the job and we couldn’t be happier with his communication, professionalism and work ethic. Upon Andrew’s recommendation, we took our home to Auction where Andrew and his team managed to get a residential record price for our home at auction, selling our home for $37,000 above our reserve price! Andrew has ensured selling our home is a seamless process and continues to go above and beyond throughout the settlement period. Andrew is truly dedicated to achieving the best result for his clients. We highly recommend Andrew Thorpe to family, friends, and anyone considering selling their home!

To start with I was not a fan (to put it nicely) of real estate agents. However Andrew really changed my mind, he was honest, managed the whole process with great communication, was able to get a higher than expected price from his negotiation skills and more importantly was able to manage all the small extra details in selling a property that you would not get in a larger real estate firm all while I was interstate. I could not recommend Andrew enough!

If you are looking to sell your house use Andrew. He is an excellent agent who really knows the market and is professional and personable. His advice about all aspects of selling was very helpful and he was very effective with marketing our house which led to an above asking price offer after the first open house. We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to sell.
