Andrew did a fantastic job of selling our home and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He was very professional, reliable and trustworthy throughout all our dealings with him. His experience and expertise as a real estate agent was evident and he managed to achieve a great result for us.

I have known Andrew for several years so when the time came to market I had little hesitation in appointing Andrew. He fulfilled my decision and expectations "in spades".

Due to unforseen circumstances, our deal took way longer than expected. As a buyer, Andrew was helpful and patient and I believe went beyond for us and his client. I would recommend Andrew highly.

This is the second time we have dealt with Andrew and it has been nothing but an experience in having such an excellent person and agencies repencenting our needs. It has been a pleasure working with One Agency and would recommend One Agency to all. Best regards Shane and Tammy.

Having a thorough degree of exposure to the real estate industry, we can say with considerable authority that Andrew Thorpe is truly one of a kind. Unlike too many agents Andrew displayed exceptional character. We truly wish that all our experiences with Real Estate agents were as pleasant. Evidently not motivated by personal gain, Andrew Thorpe was incredibly honest never seeking to mislead us and committed to the truth, even if it wasn't exactly what we wanted to hear. We found that Andrew Thorpe was incredibly committed to our sale. Andrew was contactable at all hours on every day and made himself available at all times; his correspondence was almost immediate via phone, sms or email. Andrew was physically present at every step of the process! Andrews understanding of every facet of real estate was astounding. Andrew possesses an in-depth knowledge not only of the real estate market/game, but also extensive and helpful knowledge of banking finance, property investment, the rental market, building inspections and much more. We benefited greatly from his expertise and he enthusiastically offered his service wherever he could. Andrews conduct above all else was of the highest standard of professionalism. At no point did we feel that we weren't being respected or that our questions weren't being answered. At the end of every transaction Andrew provided a clear and precise account of our progress, ensuring that we knew exactly what was going on at all times. The process, from listing to settlement, took place without error; we credit this to Andrew's unparalleled intellectual and professional conduct. We can not stress enough how highly we recommend Andrew Thorpe as an agent.

My recent experience purchasing a property via Andrew Thorpe was outstanding. His communication with both the buyer and seller exceeded expectations and he always presented himself with enthusiasm. Andrew ensured that both the buyer and sellers needs were met and both parties felt that they were being looked after. I would recommend Andrew and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Canberra Market.

Andrew has gone above and beyond helping us sell our house. Sold within 9 days on the market. Well above asking price. He also did so much more for us answering any questions we had with securing a new place. Highly, recommended for any seller.. Genuine person who is very easy to talk to and a pleasure to deal with..

Andrew Thorpe is an excellent agent who we were fortunate enough to have come into contact with when buying our first home. He has excellent communication skills, patience and understanding and explains everything to you so that all parties are happy and fully informed. He is very prompt and timely and He goes above and beyond to assist in any way he can. I would highly recommend Andrew as an agent.

Rural properties can be very slow to sell simply due to the narrow appeal to the market. Andrew did his level best to market the property. He and Will came out every weekend to hold open homes (that = 3 hours of time per week for one property!) and followed every lead. Just as I was starting to get despondent, he pulled the rabbit out of the hat and secured a sale. Calm, friendly, cares.
