Abbey and the team at property management Sandy Morris are a pleasure to deal with. Prompt courteous service with a meticulous property inspection report provided regularly. We have had multiple property managers before but none come close to the care that this company affords our properties. Highly recommend

Very satisfied
Compared to other agencies One Agency Sandy Morris relied more on real time communication and talking with me rather than passing emails and SMS that get lost when dealing with a few agencies at the same time. In this frenzied rental market clear communication is paramount in the search for accommodation. We terminated the contract
While One Agency initially came across as a professional operation, the owners' attitude was unsettling from Day 1. Immediately after signature, they seemed to treat dealing with their clients as an imposition and made that abundantly clear. Their focus was on winning business, but their concern for doing right by the landlord and tenant was soon noticeably lacking. They do not fight for value from their trades people and their management integrity when it came to owning mistakes was disappointing. They seemed happy to throw their staff under the bus when things went wrong. We can only speak about our impressions but that impression convinced us to sack them. They then dropped the property like a hot potato rather than seeing out the notice period with some professionalism, only serving to confirm that we'd made the right choice. We're already much happier with their successors - and so is the tenant.

Very helpful, friendly and prompt service
My partner and I just recently signed a lease for a rental property with One Agency. Our agent is Beth and she was very friendly, quick to assist and happy to help. You do notice a difference when renting with a smaller rental agency over a bigger one in terms of customer service and attention to detail. I would recommend this agency.
