Exceptional Service
Great experience with My Morris. Nicole and Abbey are managing my property in Canberra for several years. They are always professional and very knowledgeable of the ACT market. They are easy to deal with and come straight to the point. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

Very easy to deal with
We have a Canberra rental property that we had been managing ourselves remotely - with all the associated issues that comes with. We decided to test the sales market, and our long term tenant coincidentally decided to take the opportunity to downsize. We pulled the property from the sales market just prior to Christmas, and returned to the rental market - reviewing the available agents. MyMorris stood out. Following a few calls and emails with Abbey - she was rapidly on to it. One open house, 25 parties through, 7 immediate applications - with sound guidance from Abbey as to each group, and we were rented and done within 5 days off it going on the market for considerably more than what we were asking - and way more than what we had previously been receiving. That should be enough for this reference - but Abbey went above and beyond after that to ensure the tenants settled in - doing key cutting, procuring heat lamps that had blown and had not been picked up, and organising urgent repairs following broken tiles on the roof from a storm. Abbey manages to adroitly walk that tightrope between representing a lessor and their interests, and ensuring the tenants well being, comfort and safety is being looked after. We have numerous properties across ACT, NSW and Victoria, and Abbey is by far and away at the top of our rental agents.
