Having bought a house off him in 2011, I knew that he would be the right person to sell my investment property when the time came, because he was such a good negotiator who clearly had the seller's best interests at heart. Even though the market is very slow at present, and my property was one of quite a few out there, with prices dropping all the time, it only took three months to sell it from go to whoa. This included a longish settlement period to give my tenants time to move out. Michael gave great advice on realistic pricing, and kept me updated on whether there had been any nibbles. He held regular home-opens, managed my tenants with tact (and that took some doing), and got me what turned out to be a very good price when the buyer finally came along. I was determined to sell, which helped, so it was good to have someone as determined as I was to sell it for the best price.

During the short period we dealt with Michael Forzatti we found him to be very professional and driven to success. He fielded all our questions and was more than happy discuss/debate our views at anytime.
