We have been both buying and selling 4 homes with Michael over 15 years, he is extremely passionate about his proffession and very knowledgeable of how the real estate market is performing. We found buying and selling homes with Michael has been extremely professional and yet personable. He really negotiates very well, and he is honest and reliable on price and advice given to the best interest of the buyer/seller. Michael was great to deal with. He gave me an honest opinion of where my property sat in the market and the current conditions I was selling in. He did not "over sell" to get my business, set realistic targets for price and time frame to get the property sold in. I received regular updates on inspections and prospective buyers that were being followed up, so I was kept up to date on the progress of the listing. His team handled photo's, signage, inspections, etc without any drama, everything went according to plan.

I have sold two properties with Michael now, and again I was very pleased with his professionalism. He knows the market so well, and was able to give me a realistic expectation of sale time and price . The marketing package was very sophisticated, and provided a comprehensive portfolio of photos and property descriptions. Minor hiccups with building reports were all handled efficiently and promptly, and had no impact on the speed of settlement. Michael himself, and Jade his assistant, were always just a phone call away, and keeping me informed at each stage of the selling process.
