From the moment Mark stepped into my dad’s house I was impressed. The home was owned by an almost deaf 94 year old who had just lost his wife of 63 years. Mark was so respectful of my dad and communicated everything so well. He never once left dad out making sure he understood exactly what was going on. Dad was impressed immediately and said that’s the guy I want. Dad’s house was under offer in 5 days and we were all very happy in the price. Right in the middle of where we were looking.
