Having never sold a house, I was new to the whole process. Ash and his team were amazing! He guided me through every step from our initial informal chat to listing to settlement. Nothing was too much trouble. I had complete faith in his knowledge and expertise and have already recommended Ash to friends and neighbours. Can’t thank TeamAsh enough.

I went to look at the property on a Saturday and had the offer and acceptance by that night. I was very happy with them.

In a sea of sharks, Mark Grogan is a majestic pink dolphin. The guy is a born professional while still remaining genuinely friendly and approachable. Absolutely a standout guy and we felt so lucky to have him as our captain while navigating the murky waters of buying our first home. From start to finish, he and his colleague Calvin have been so attentive and pleasant to work with that I can without any smidge of doubt give O’Neil RS in Kelmscott my very highest recommendation.

Very professional and easy to ask questions. I would recommend everyone who wants to buy a house go to Ash.

Once I decided to sell my home of 26 years, which I had for a time under the excellent management of O'Neal Real Estate Kelmscott, as a rental, I did not hesitate to go with their selling proffessional Team. Ash was my first port of call and he knew my house through the first time I had to put my home on the rental market. I can honestly say from the moment of my decision to go through this process ( having never gone through the selling aspect of having a property,so a little anxious), it was very streamline and remarkable harmonious, I Thank Ash and the whole team at O'Neil for answering all my questions promptly and if I didn't get through, especially as I was in another state throughout the whole time of this process. I highy recommend Ash Swarts to anyone who is taking up anything to do with their property /home as his attention to detail and proffesionalism shows forth as in getting the best outcome for one and all concerned, With much appreciation and gratitude

Travis, Alyssa and Anita are incredible! They made what can be a very stressful worrying situation stress free. They know the area so well and how to make sure you get the very best offers for your property! If you’re selling your house this is the team you want. Wouldn’t sell with anyone else

Ash was very knowledgeable, approachable, and helpful in all aspects of the purchase of the property. The settlement period was short and demanding but Ash helped keep it all on track. I am grateful that it's all done and I am enjoying my new house. I definitely would be doing business again with Ash and the rest of the team in future if I have this requirement. Thanks Ash!
