We had a few agents come and see our property before putting it on the market and chose Mark due to his great credentials (hard to ignore all those awards), his warm and friendly manner, enthusiasm for our house, caring approach (rather than coming off sales-y), and confidence in getting us our ideal price. Once ready he walked us through the ins and outs of listing with him and was able to book a photographer within days at our ideal time. He had the listing up super promptly and wrote an amazing description which really highlighted the best features of our home.
