Ash and his Team have been great to deal with in the sale of our investment property. The house was under offer in two weeks and we settled just over three weeks later! Which was fantastic for us. And we sold for near our asking price. A few minor issues with the property in the lead up to settlement were dealt with quickly and solved promptly. Overall we are extremely happy with the service from Ash and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ash to others who are buying or selling.

Wow Mark Grogan is a Legend. He recently sold my second home in three days :) Mark works hard and kept me informed the whole time. He organised trades for issues that arose from final inspection and totally made what is normally stressful stressFREE. Thank you again Mark

Mark was energetic, professional and extremely knowledgeable about what would work best for us in the current property climate. His utilisation of tried and tested strategy alongside contemporary mediums such as social media allowed our property to stand out from the crowd and obtain the best possible price. I would highly recommend Mark and Callum if you're looking to stand out. Their process is innovative and future driven and it sets them apart from their competitors.

Travis was very professional on all levels. Gave us a good appraisal with some ideas to improve the presentation. We did the relevant upgrades and the property went under offer in 8 days. Highly recommend Travis and his team for any one considering selling their home.

I found Mark to be extremely professional. Very informative in his knowledge of the area and what the housing market was doing. I was kept constantly up to date of what was happening and given plenty of time to liaise with Mark on times to be available for house viewings. Mark, like myself is a very busy person and to have such a succinct meeting of minds and times was very refreshing to say the least. All in all a very successful transaction. Thank you very much for your time Mark. 10/10

From the moment that we contacted Mark it was obvious that he has a thorough understanding of the local market. He also gave us good advice on how to improve the presentation of our home and maximise the likelihood of us connecting with the right buyer for our home. Mark and his team made sure that we were updated at every step resulting in a smooth ride from appraisal to the final settlement. We couldn't give a higher recommendation for Mark.
