Excellent sales partner, beyond and above the traditional agent role

Nick was a great sales partner to work with, tailoring our marketing package to our needs and budget. Nick takes a very empathetic and intimate role in understanding what inspired us to sell, walking through our property to build knowledge and went outside the traditional role as an agent to establish a relationship with us and very quickly with the purchaser, transparently connecting and maintaining an open and engaged conversation through-out the sales process, ensuring trust and confidence. Nick, worked tirelessly and collaboratively to execute the contract, removing complexity and streamlining the experience of an otherwise complex set of relationships and conditional contract dependencies, involving multiple conveyancers, legal teams and agents. Highly recommend OC for anyone looking for a sale or a purchasing partner that takes care of the relationships and documents needed to execute a sale and/or purchase. Nick has an inept knowledge of the market, immediate market dynamics of our area and ensuring we can optimise the market to capitalise on our sale position. Excellent agent with indepth local knowledge

We wanted an agent with extensive local knowledge and Nick delivered this. Great communication and feedback after open inspections. Excellent negotiation skills. The whole process went very smoothly and resulted in a great outcome for us. Backed up by a great team - John, Bonnie, Sandy and Charmaine were all very professional and friendly to deal with.
