Property sale in Adelaide.
Cynthia and her team,(Erin from Owens Casserly Real Estate) did a truly amazing job, and the property sold very quickly thanks to good preparation, making sure the property was painted, repaired and styled to a very high standard, ready for the next owner to move straight in. Selling a property can be stressful, even more so when you are in another state, but with Cynthia, it was very easy. Cynthia knows the market, she knows the area, and is very good at communicating with not only myself, but all involved in the sale of my property, giving updates and making me feel at ease. A big shout out to Brian, and his trade team who did the painting touch ups and minor repairs. Another shout out to to Presenting Beautiful Homes, who styled it beautifully with furnishings and an array of artwork and plants. Once again, I'd like to thank Cynthia and everyone involved in the sale of my property, and wish them continued success.

Market knowledge is great
Not the best service I have had, didn’t get back to me about my offer, even after ringing up. felt like a burden when asked to do a walk through of the property and asked for 14 day Finance clause, which is quite standard and they said yes, however was not given 14 days even after asking several times, had to get my conveyancer involved. Day of settlement, previous owners have left several items at the property, apparently this was discussed with me and it was not. However team Muxlow we’re very friendly over phone and in person and market knowledge of the area was great.

Mark and Georgie Bressington at OC did an awesome job. I was particularly impressed on how they followed up every lead and gave constant feedback on how the sale was tracking. Each offer was presented clearly, as was their advice on whether it should be accepted or not. Would 100% use again.
