I think one of the best things about any Agent is that they know their product and Daniel knows his in Spades. He researches the area you are selling in like he has been doing your suburb for years. Joanna was clearly well informed about the market in the Thebarton area and the drivers of buyers in that market. Her reporting after open house events was exemplary. She remained energised and enthusiastic during the selling period, which was very time consuming.
