We had 3 agents from 3 real estate businesses who came to our property to talk about selling our house. Helena was the only one who believed that our property was worth the $s we wanted to sell our house. Helena came recommended to us from neighbours ours who had engaged her to successfully sell their property. Helena listened to us and ensured the selling process was as stress-free as possible; eg, no open houses, only private viewings. Helena managed the process which was made more difficult because the buyers were international. She helped us find a solicitor to manage the legal issues too.
