I appreciate Leanne's assistance in selling my property. She is knowledgeable and competent, although there was a lapse in communication at one point, which could be improved by being more attentive. Leanne provided valuable information prior to the sale. However, I wish she had acted more quickly when suggesting a price adjustment, as waiting longer resulted in the house remaining on the market for an extended period. Nonetheless, I am pleased that the house has been sold. I would also like to extend my gratitude to David Canning and Jodi for their invaluable help and great support during the sale process. Overall, I highly recommend Page & Pearce

Leanne was so professional and supported by a terrific team. Communication before and during the sale was exceptional and on point. When you are hundreds of kilometers away from the property knowing what is going on is so important. In the sale/settlement period we even had a cyclone. Leanne and staff packed away the pool cover and raised the washing machine just in case. That extra effort was unexpected but appreciated. Thank You Leanne.

Thankyou Michael for your knowledgable and enthusiastic approach to seeking our home in Heatley. Your guidance with regards to setting the right price and working out what to fix and what to leave was invaluable. We never expected to list and sell with a week and yet within hours of listing we had multiple offers above asking price. Thankyou for staying on task and being the enormous help you were!
