Great agent!
Leanne was knowledgeable about the market and our house sold in a reasonable amount of time. She gave good, solid advice about what to focus on (regarding photographing, tidying up) and was reliable for on shows. Happy to have chosen her.

Leanne is One in a Million
My husband and I found Leanne to be refreshingly honest, genuine and professional in all our dealings with her. Our purchase was not straightforward and felt her very capable with the problems that did arise. As we tell people, we spent several weeks researching and seeking our new home. We saw the good, the bad, and the ugly and I am not just referring to houses. We found a tremendous amount of our time was wasted due to agents not keeping their internet advertising current. We would ring to see a property that was listed to be told it was “under offer” and yet the agents would not list it as so on real estate or domain websites to stimulate enquires. We saw agents who encouraged a bidding war during open inspections- which we were not interested in being a part of. Leanne integrity and genuine respect for both buyers and sellers is to be commended. Thankfully our dealings with Leanne and Page and Pearce showed us that there are still reputable Real Estate Agencies about. We highly recommend Leanne and Page and Pearce Agency in Townsville. Everyone certainly went above and beyond.

Experience with Page and Pearce
We were happy with Michael with the fact he was more then happy to meet us at the property when we needed him to ( the first time being out of work hours) Other than that there was a little bit of a lack of communication throughout the the process and he came across awkward at times, understandable being his first sale which we found out on settlement. We personally feel like it may have not being that way if he had a sales partner helping/guiding him throughout the process. We were also disappointed on settlement day that no one met us at the property to hand keys over and show us which key works with which lock we were asked to pick them up from the office and our congratulation/sale gift was extremely disappointing especially when it was our very first home and the start of a new chapter in our lives. We decided to buy through Page and Pearce because we had looked at another property with another agent and we’re empresses with the service, as we weren’t having much luck with other realestate agents due to the market at present, it’s just unfortunate that when it came to the the communication and settlement it was disappointing.
