LEANNE went above and beyond with her expertise and help with my purchase of my property at 105 Halstead Street, Gulliver. She was never too busy to take my calls, to assist with any of my queries. She kept me up-to-date with any information that come to hand. I can’t begin to thank her enough for her wonderful assistance.

Leanne was great from the onset. Knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. Took the time to show us around and answer questions we had. For a real estate agent she was very relaxed and made us feel comfortable with the property we purchased.

I have had Leanne as my agent on two occasions once as a buyer and once as a seller. One both occasions I have found her to be a straight talker (No flowerer sales clatter) and is also a good listener. (She remembers the verbal information her client gives her). Without snowballing or railroading she helps her client clarify their thinking. My first dealing with Leanne was as a buyer and she secured the right property for us at below asking price. After much repair and renovation on the property and then the death of my partner; I chose Leanne as my agent to sell and she secured the asking price for me. I will be asking Leanne to help me purchase a property in a regional town. A pleasant up front business woman.

Michael was very knowledgeable and professional in his dealings with us. He kept us updated during the listing period which was only a couple of weeks due to a very quick sale. Highly recommend Michael as your agent.

We were referred to Leanne when Jodi who had been handling our portfolio sales was on leave. Any concerns about establishing a new relationship were quickly allayed. Our dealings were conducted in an open friendly manner with timely feedback. The property was well located and had a good standard of presentation but with limitations in some areas. As such the Buyer's requirements needed to be a close fit. Leanne clearly identified the potential in promoting the property and had researched the market to support her sales price recommendation. After an initial contract crashed Leanne remained positive and worked to make it all happen negotiating to a successful outcome within a short time frame. The whole process was seamless with Leanne taking care of all the detail in an efficient organised flow through to completion. We would have no hesitation in recommending Leanne as a Sales Consultant for the sale of your property.
