Leanne was very personable and a great help throughout the whole selling process. We weren't sure what our property would sell for but Leanne gave us an accurate range of expectation and delivered on target. Because we were not living in the area there was a lot of preparation work that we could not oversee ourselves. So Leanne took charge of cleaning, mowing and more, as well as the usual real estate priorities. I would very much recommend her if you are looking to sell your property in Townsville.

Helena was absolutely amazing during the whole process of selling my house in Townsville. Due to not living in Townsville I was unable to get anything done myself. Helena went above and beyond to help with anything that needed to be done to the point where she was cleaning the pool and got it back to sparkling blue because the pool person couldn’t. There were many other things that Helena did outside the realm of just being a realtor. Would definitely give my recommendation for Helena to anybody selling a property.
