We found that Helena was very professional in her approach to selling the unit. She kept us informed when she had a buyer going through and where they were at when it was unsuitable for there needs. We feel that she went out of her way when the unit inspection did not seem to go well that she investigated the so called problem which she found to be not an issue. Living some 2200 klms away we found that distance was not an issue if I had a question or document to sign email system work for us and being a first time investors did not know a lot of information Helena was always there to help us out. If contacted by any other interested parties wanting to buy or sell would not have any hesitation in recommending Helena as the agent to work with them.
